Jari Porras (Ph.D), is Professor at the Department of Information Technology at the Lappeenranta University, Finland. Prof. Porras received the Dr. Sc. (Tech.) degree from LUT in 1998 about modeling and simulation of distributed communication environments. Shola Abdullateef Oyedeji is a master student from the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in on Pervasive Computing and Communications for Sustainable Development (PERCCOM). His thesis work focuses in developing metrics to assess sustainability as a quality attribute in software systems.

She received her MSc in 2010 from University of Pristina. In 2011, she received scholarship, for PhD studies at LUT, from EM2-STEM program for the period of two years and in 2014 one-year scholarship from Finnish Cultural Foundation, Finland. Her research is focused on System design methods and their applications to model environmental sustainability including policies as well as measures and their integration in complex system and eco-systems modelling. Andrey A. Saltan
Andrey A. Saltan is a Doctoral candidate at the Lappeenranta University of Technology as well as an Assistant professor at the St. Petersburg State Univeristy. His prime research lies on the intersection of software marketing, product development and business strategies for software companies. M.Sc. (Tech.), is a Researcher and a Doctoral Student in School of Business and Management at Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT). He has been studying methods for evaluating and measuring various types of innovation. In his Master’s thesis, he conducted a study on transforming unstructured data in social media into a validated indicator for measuring innovation. His current research interest is in analyzing different regional innovation ecosystems; finding their main entities/players and the interaction between them. He has a multidisciplinary background and has been involved with sustainability and software engineering oriented research via mass bibliometric data analysis.
